The net blouse (scooped neckline) and flowing peshwas skirt are fully hand-embellished with Swarovski crystals, zari, dabka, cutdana, sequins, beadwork, and fine French knots. Every detail is placed with precision, inspired by blooming gardens to create depth, brilliance, and fluidity across the entire design.

The look is elevated with a contrasting net dupatta, adorned in tribal-inspired motifs and finished with an elongated embellished border. This striking veil adds movement and drama, infusing the gown with character and contemporary allure.

Down Payment

The initial down payment for any purchase is non-refundable. Starting the production process involves a considerable investment of time and resources — including research, material procurement, and fabric selection. The down payment covers these initial costs.

Due to the personalised nature of our work and the financial impact of changes, we are currently unable to offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on custom orders. We strongly encourage our clients to confirm all order details and timelines before placing an order with Ahmed Manan Studio.

Exchange & Return

Ahmed Manan Studio does not offer a general "Exchange" or "Return" on its products. However, eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, only if:

• The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product differs from the original order.

Claims can only be entertained if they are raised within 7 days of the original order date. To raise a dispute, please email pictures of the defective item to info@ahmedmanan.co, or reach us on WhatsApp at +92 337 9701585, within 7 days of delivery.

Each dispute is reviewed individually, and we make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the returned item, our team will review the issue. After the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer's address.

Please note:

• In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
• Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Bridal, wedding wear, and couture pieces cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
• Luxury fabric, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Ahmed Manan Studio does not offer a "refund" or "money-back guarantee" on purchased items.

Customers paying via credit card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. In such cases, the order amount will not be refunded; instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued, which can be used for a purchase from Ahmed Manan Studio within the next 60 days.

Ahmed Manan Studio may also cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item being out of stock, damage found during quality checks, a technical error, or a declined payment.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.
