  1. How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Ahmed Manan Studio is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

  1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Ahmed Manan Studio without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

• Track your order.
• Review your account history.
• Save your details so you may not have to enter them again next time.
• Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
• Add sold out items you like to your Wish List.

To set up an account, simply click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

  1. What payment methods does Ahmed Manan Studio accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at Ahmed Manan Studio: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted end-to-end via SSL encryption.

  1. How can I choose the currency I pay in?

The base currency that we use on our website is PKR; however, you have the option of switching the currency to Pakistani Rupee, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing on the top right-hand corner of the page.

  1. Which countries does Ahmed Manan Studio ship to?

Worldwide.

  1. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

We ship online orders for Ready-to-Wear in 3 to 5 working days, while Made-to-Order Luxury Pret takes up to 4 to 5 weeks and Made-to-Order Formals take up to 8 to 12 weeks. Couture items take up to 9 to 14 weeks. If the order does not reach you within the specified time, please contact our customer service team.

  1. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we are offering same-day delivery only for selected unstitched items.

  1. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

You have to pay any international duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Ahmed Manan Studio. We offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders may be charged according to the destination country’s regulations.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you have the right to ask our customer service team to cancel an item, change the size, or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 24 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 24 hours, please email or call our customer care team for assistance. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour period.

  1. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to inquire about your order with our customer care team and check its status.

  1. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?

Our team at Ahmed Manan Studio has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may be some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display colors on screens will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and electronic devices may vary.
